About
Jamie Talbert
My name is Jamie Talbert
I’m a passionate Early Childhood Coach and Trainer with over 20 years of experience in the field. Based in Colorado, I am committed to leading and supporting the care and education of young children across the state. Throughout my career, I’ve worn many hats, including teacher, mother of three, infant supervisor, mentor, environmental ratings scales trainer, PDIS consultant, assistant director, and certified coach and trainer. I am also a certified Pyramid facilitator and TPITOS observer.

My Mission and Approach
As an Early Childhood Education (ECE) consultant, my goal is to provide classrooms and teachers with the support they need to foster meaningful learning environments. By combining my industry expertise with personalized mentorship, we work together to create effective techniques in their unique classroom environment, achieving a PDIS Level, and navigating the complexities of starting a new childcare center or transforming existing operations.
The knowledge I share with educators directly benefits the children in their care. I advocate for early intervention in Colorado, equipping staff and management teams with the skills to work through challenging behaviors through positive guidance, consistency, and redirection strategies. These methods not only help prevent behavioral issues but also serve as foundational tools that encourage teachers to meet each child at their unique developmental stage and adapt to various learning styles.
Our comprehensive services include policy and procedure implementation, teacher training, and certification support. We are dedicated to equipping education professionals with solutions that ultimately enhance the well-being of the children we serve.
Professional Expertise and Leadership
Throughout my extensive career in early childhood education, I have embraced diverse roles that reflect my unwavering passion for enhancing the field:
Teaching & Mentorship: I began my journey as a teacher, where I cultivated a deep appreciation for mentoring new educators. My firsthand experience as a mother of three has profoundly shaped my understanding of child development and the intricacies of early learning.
Leadership Roles: Having served in various leadership capacities—from infant supervisor to assistant director—I have successfully led teams dedicated to providing high-quality care and education. In my role as a PDIS consultant, I have guided educators in their professional growth, fostering an environment of continuous improvement.
Specialized Training: As a certified Pyramid facilitator and TPITOS observer, I specialize in supporting children’s social and emotional development. I conduct comprehensive training sessions that equip educators with effective strategies for managing behavior through positive guidance, which in turn fosters nurturing and inclusive classroom environments.
I am deeply committed to collaborating with teachers, directors, owners, and board members to develop warm and supportive early childhood programs throughout Colorado, ensuring that every child receives the best possible start in their educational journey.
